SHIPPING & RETURNS
You have a wide variety of meals to choose from so please order your meal plan carefully. After placing your order please review your orders and contact us immediately if a mistake has been made. We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind, but we may be able to correct any errors in the order process prior to shipment.
GYMA works hard to provide fresh meals to our customers. The meals you will receive usually last between 3 to 10 days until its use-by date. If the meal you received that you aren't happy, we offer free replacement or refund.
If the meal you receive is different to what you purchased online, is damaged, or is otherwise not as expected, please contact us immediately.
Express delivery in same day is available for Brisbane metro areas only. Place your order before 3 pm to receive your meal boxes from 3pm to 8pm that day.

If you are not home at the time of delivery our courier providers will leave the order at the front door or in an area specified by you in the instructions when placing your order. The ice packs in the box allow it to be left in a shaded area for up to 8 hours (this may change based on weather temperature). GYMA will not be liable for any damage to the product if left outside for extended periods of time nor if the box is damaged or stolen after delivery.
It is CUSTOMERS' obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. If you enter the wrong address, please contact GYMA immediately.
If you live in a secured apartment complex, please ensure you are home to receive your delivery. If no one is available to collect your delivery please arrange a suitable time with our staff prior to the delivery date.
It is the responsibility of the customer to inform GYMA by emailing or calling us if an order does not arrive. Once we learn an order has not arrived on the due date, we will make enquiries and ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery.
