How long do the meals last?
Fresh meals will last for up to 5-10 days in the fridge from the day of delivery, or up to 12 weeks in the freezer if you freeze the meals upon delivery.
When do you deliver?
Brisbane Area - Same day delivery available only orders before 3 pm, after 3 pm orders will be deliveried by next following day.
How do I warm up my meals if I don’t have a microwave?
All your meals are tested and tweaked based on how they taste and hold up when heated in the microwave, so this is our recommended heating method.
As an alternative, you can transfer your meal from the plastic tray into an oven safe dish and heat in the oven, or heat on the stove in a non-stick frying pan.
Please note - our meal containers are microwave safe, but should not be placed in the oven or on the stove.
Can I cancel my order?
Our suppliers use fresh ingredients weekly and send fresh meals to GYMA following order every week. GYMA also work hard to provide a best same day Brisbane delivery, due to this reason to cancel your order you must notify us within 1 hours of placing the order. Unfortunately, any cancellation requests made after this time cannot be honoured as your meals will already be prepared. Therefore, you will be charged the full amount of the order.

How do I heat up my meals?
*If fresh, heat in the microwave for 1 to 2.5 minutes. Caution: Contents may be hot after heating. Allow to stand for one minute after heating. Stir through and reheat for longer if required. Best to heat the meal for a shorter time and reheat rather than overcook.
*If frozen, heat in the microwave for 3 to 6 minutes. Caution: Contents may be hot after heating. Allow to stand for one minute after heating. Stir through and reheat for longer if required, stirring every minute or so to ensure even heating.
What happens if I live in a secured apartment?
If you live in a secured apartment complex, please ensure you are home to receive your delivery. If no one is available to collect your delivery please arrange a suitable time with our staff prior to the delivery date.
Please note: The driver may not call or buzz upon arrival even if requested as you are sent an SMS at the time of delivery.
If the driver is unable to access the apartment, they will have to leave your order at the entrance to the building. Please contact us on 0493138472 and speak to our staff to organise the delivery instructions to nominate a safe drop point.
How will my meals be delivered?
Your meals will be delivered fresh on your selected delivery date, in a recyclable cardboard box with ice packs and insulated with a thermal liner to keep your meals cool until you’re ready to stash them in your fridge or freezer.
